I'm Mladen, the founder and one of the guides of Montenegro Private Tours. I started M Tours in 2014 to offer unique and authentic private tours of my beloved Montenegro. My colleagues say I’m an excellent boss (their words, not mine!), and that we’ve built an easygoing, stress-free work environment. Positivity is my superpower. I like to keep things light, fun, and informative, so expect plenty of laughs along with your history lessons. Some say I was born to be a guide, others just say I got lost and never stopped giving directions.

My name is Miloš, and 2025 marks my twentieth season as a tour guide. At 6’5” (197 cm), I hear “Do you play basketball?” every day. Nope, but I’m the “GOAT” at hitting doorframes. I love my job! Nothing beats guiding and having half the year off, perfect for an avid traveler like me. I’m a tech enthusiast and someone who speaks multiple languages. I’ve also been diving into digital marketing and content creation. And hey, happily married—so I must be doing something right (or just really lucky).

Hi! I am Vuk. I was born and raised in Kotor, yet a small town in the picturesque Boka Kotor Bay. I've been working as a tour guide since 2007. I was 19 years old when I started, and that made me one of the youngest licensed guides in the country at the time. Now, I'm far from being the youngest, but I don’t complain. I have plenty of experience now. I’d also like to mention that my name, Vuk, is translatable. In English, it means "Wolf". I can promise you this, I’m probably the friendliest wolf you’ll ever meet.
